Yes. Simply provide your tenant's contact details when booking. We contact them to arrange either a Morning (08:00–12:00) or Afternoon (12:00–18:00) arrival window. We also offer free key collection and drop-off from local high street letting agents across West London.

A Landlord Gas Safety Certificate is valid for exactly 12 months. Under MOT-style gas safety rules, you can have the inspection completed up to 2 months before the expiry date while preserving the original annual anniversary date.
