The inspection
One visit, one checklist, run to the manufacturer's own schedule. A standard service takes around 45 to 60 minutes depending on the boiler type, condition and access. Nothing here is optional or upsold — it is what the annual check is.
The installation is tested for leaks and we confirm the boiler is operating safely and within tolerance. This is the check that has to pass before anything else matters.
